Antoinette G. Giugliano is a Registered Patent Attorney with more than 25 years of experience helping clients transform ideas into protected intellectual property. As the founder of AGG Intellectual Property Law, she advises startups, research institutions, and established corporations on building IP portfolios that support long-term growth and global strategy.

Her practice includes patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, portfolio management, IP due diligence, and counseling to minimize litigation risk. Antoinette has successfully prepared and prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and international patent and trademark applications, with a particular focus on complex technologies in life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology, and software.

Before establishing AGG IP Law, Antoinette gained experience at a Boston IP law firm, served in-house managing a corporation’s worldwide IP portfolio, and worked in a university technology transfer office negotiating licensing agreements. Her background in science is equally robust — with hands-on laboratory research in biochemistry and immunology at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, as well as technical experience implementing medical software systems.

Antoinette earned her B.S. in Biology, cum laude, from the University of Vermont, and her J.D., cum laude, with a High Technology Concentration from Suffolk University Law School. She is a member of the Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
